HOW DO I ORDER
Fine Art Prints as well as the Giclée Canvases can be ordered through the SHOP tab on our site in addition to contacting us via by email, PlacesWithoutFaces@gmail.com . Almost all images can be customized by size or media. Please make sure to the image name on hand when contacting us when placing an order.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY CANVAS
The Giclée Canvases are durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. Dusting with a soft, dry cloth is recommended if needed. If your canvas becomes damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth with caution. If the canvas gets nicked and loses ink in a certain areas it can be touched up with felt-tip markers or paint with discretion.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, as well as checks (US-based accounts only). Checks must cleared before orders are processed.
Please note purchases made by check will impact production shipping times.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
A $350 minimum applies to all international orders. PayPal payments and wire transfers are acceptable for International sales. Please note, International customers may wish to contact us in advance for a quote of accurate shipping charges.
SHIPPING
Places Without Faces orders ship via USPS and UPS with tracking.
Fine Art Prints will be sealed in plastic sleeves and shipped flat in sturdy cardboard envelopes, which ensure that the print is not damaged in transit. Giclée Canvases will be shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to protect the work.
All orders take approximately 3-4 weeks to ship. Please allow 4-6 weeks for large scale and/or custom orders for delivery. Feel free to contact us at any time for status; PlacesWithoutFaces@gmail.com
Please note, shipping times may vary due to holidays and COVID restrictions; customers will be notified if this heavily impacts your order as well as up-to-date tracking information.
OUR GUARANTEE
All purchased work, both Fine Art Prints and Giclée Canvases are guaranteed to be as described. Each and every product produced is carefully inspected before it is shipped; however, there is a slight chance that damage may occur in transit that is outside of our control. It is our policy to replace products that are damaged in transit at no cost to the customer. In the event work is damaged, customer/recipient must notify PlacesWithoutFaces@gmail.com immediately, no later than 48 hours after items are received for replacement policy to be approved. Replacements of Fine Art Prints or Giclée Canvases are shipped only after the return and inspection of the original damaged merchandise, customer responsible for shipping costs, and standard timelines for productions apply.
COPYRIGHT
Places Without Faces photographic Fine Art Prints and Giclée Canvases are sold for display purposes only. Scanning, screenshots, or copying work in any way is considered infringement of the artist’s copyright and a violation of federal copyright law. If there is interest in using images from Places Without Faces for advertising, design, or commercial purposes please contact PlacesWithoutFaces@gmail.com to license the high-resolution image and proceed with the subsequent contracting.
The artist reserves the right to bill any individual, company, or party who has infringed on the copyright and is using any image, in part or in whole, without prior permission and/or written consent. Infringing individuals, companies, or parties will be contacted by legal counsel and action will be taken against parties who do not respond.
SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING
The sharing of any Places Without Faces images does not constitute a license to use any of the work from this site in any form, in part or in whole, nor does it constitute a sub-license for any social media platform to use, or distribute the images found on this site in any form.
Places Without Faces images may be shared on non-commercial social media accounts under the following conditions:
If you are interested in posting or sharing work from Places Without Faces, please email PlacesWithoutFaces@gmail.com, info@AndrewWernerPhotography.com, or direct message @PlacesWithoutFacesSeries on Instagram to garner approval. It is not permitted by any individual, company, or party to copy images from this site, or social media, and post them on their own social media profile without a request.
Correct photography credit and tagging to the photo must be made; tagging and crediting of both the series (@PlacesWithoutFacesSeries), and to photographer Andrew Werner (@AndrewWerner). Images shared via Andrew Werner Photography/Places Without Faces official sites or social media profiles are not intended for commercial use, nor are they available for any type of third party or unlicensed use.
There is no permission granted to any social media platform any rights to use, sub-license, or distribute our copyrighted images in any form without prior arrangement and contracting.
Those who have used our images on commercial accounts without written permission are billed accordingly at the discretion of the copyright holder.
